The Clonmany Coastline contains
folktales, songs, stories of shipwrecks and
other losses, as
well as a section on the food of the sea and how to cook it. The book
was commissioned by the Clonmany
Town Renewal Committee.
Prominent in the book is a series of interviews with local fishermen
and these are offered to the people of Clonmany as a reminder of a
dying way of life.
The book was designed,
compiled and
written by Rosemarie Doherty,
archaeologist, historian and native of the area.
€15 including
postage and packing to anywhere in the world.
