Stations of the Cross, Rosary and Benediction
in St. Mary's Church, Clonmany, this evening at 7pm. Everyone should
make an effort to attend during Lent. Parents should bring children
along and encourage the tradition of extra prayer during Lent.
D.D.S. Mass: 9:30am. Mass in St. Mary's Church,
Clonmany, on Tues. Mar. 13 will be offered for deceased members of the
Derry Diocesan Society. May they rest in peace.
Sympathy: We offer sincere sympathy to the family
and friends of John Kelly, Letter, who died during the week. May he
rest in peace.
Collections: Parish collection last weekend amounted
to £1,393. Church Restoration Fund amounted to £1,117. Thank you for
your generosity to both collections. Collection for the Education of
Students to the Priesthood will be taken up on Fri. & Sat. at all Masses.
An envelope is provided in your box of envelopes.
Night at the Races in aid of the Chernobyl/Belarus
Hospital Aid Fund on Sat. Mar. 10 in Trawbega Bay House, Carndonagh.

Magnificat Year 2001: 24 Annual Derry Diocesean
Pilgrimage to Lourdes under the patronage of The Most Rev. Séamus Hegarty
will take place from July 16 - 21. Fare £396 stg. includes £10 Government
Tax, Return Air Travel from Belfast to Lourdes, Hotel (Full Board) Airport
Taxes, Insurance and Coach Transfers. The fees can be paid by instalments.

R.N.L.I. Clonmany, Carndonagh, Malin, Greencastle
and Moville Branches are holding an Art / Sale / Exhibition in the Maritime
Greencastle Museum on March 17 (St. Patrick's Day) at 6pm. Artists are
donating 25% of sales to the cause. All are welcome to come along and
view this wonderful display.
Diabetic Association: Annual Church Gate Collection
which was taken up last weekend in our parish amounted to £291.60. Thank
you for your generous support.
Clan Clonmany would appreciate donations of saleable
items to raise funds for women suffering slavery in India. Further information
later.
Clonmany Festival Committee A.G.M. will take place
in the Square Bar on Wed. Mar. 14 at 9pm.

Adoration Room (Crying Chapel): Parents of young
children are reminded that we have a crying room with T.V. link in St.
Mary's Church which allows everyone to share in the Mass without worrying
about disturbing others.

- Please be in your seat before the priest leaves the sacristy.
- Please do not stand around the door or in the porch.
- Please do not sit on the stairs and obstruct the lay minister.
- Please do not leave during Holy Communion.
- Please stay until Mass is ended and the priest has entered the
sacristy. In all of this we depend on your co-operation and kindness
in ensuring that we show respect and appreciation for the great Sacrifice
of the Mass in which Christ himself is truly present and is offered
on the altar for our living and our dead.
