Vandalism in Clonmany: In the recent past there have been a number of incidents of vandalism in Clonmany. The targets are Clonmany N.S. and St. Mary's Parochial Hall. During the past week six windows have been smashed in Clonmany school, the doors of the hall have been badly damaged, the fire extinguishers have been ripped off the wall and contents sprayed around the hall. We ask you, the people and especially the parents to be on the alert as to where your children are, what time they come in home at night and what company they keep. It is your property that is being damaged and the good name of Clonmany is being destroyed. The seventh commandment of God puts serious obligation on us to respect other people's property. It's up to us to see that God's commandment is kept.
