Telephone Pangboume 2378 Please reply to Mr. C. D. Lawrie, at 16th November; 1968 Mr J O'Leary Dear Mr. O'Leary, Very many thanks for your letter of November 11th which only arrived here yesterday, the 15th We are very pleased to hear that your Council have engaged our services and we shall make every endeavour to help them in every way in connection with the new 18 hole golf course you hope to have. Our Mr. C. D. Lawrie, who I contacted by telephone yesterday evening, will write to you direct and arrange a visit to the site at an early date. I am sending him a copy of this letter, also of your letter to me, and have asked him to arrange for his journey. I note in your letter that you already have a note of our Fees and Terms of Business. These must be, I think, those we charged in 1963 when Mr. John Harris visited your course. Since then Mr. Harris has resigned from our firm, and our Fees etc. have been revised. I am therefore enclosing a copy of our current Fees and Terms of Business. Yours faithfully, |
